Interests
Victoria is a published author with an interest and expertise in writing about food and drink. In 2015 she was the first ever food writer-in-residence at the Roald Dahl Museum.
Richard has written award-winning TV and stage shows, mainly in comedy. He has run workshops in comedy and story writing at school, university and professional levels, including for the advertising industry.

Television
Richard has written for television and stage. His work includes Miranda, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, The Rebel, and his own show, Bluestone 42 which ran for three series on the BBC.

The company commissioned Victoria to write a series of articles as part of a campaign on olive oil, as well as creating numerous recipes targeted at the use of particular products.

Victoria is an experienced food stylist, having worked on both editorial photography and promotional video shoots, including several for her own book, Too Good To Waste.
